We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Client Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join their expanding Sunshine Coast team. This is a pivotal role where you will act as the central engine of the office, managing the end-to-end workflow for a team of specialised consultants and ensuring seamless service delivery to a nationwide client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact, processing new service requests and managing the project pipeline from instruction to completion.
  • Coordinate and optimise appointment calendars for field-based teams across the Sunshine Coast region.
  • Manage workflow to ensure all client deliverables meet strict turnaround time frames and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide high-level updates to both internal professional teams and external corporate clients.
  • Maintain precise digital records and coordinate essential documentation with high attention to detail.

About You
You are an administrative professional who thrives on efficiency and clear communication. You enjoy the "logistical puzzle" of scheduling and are looking for a role with more responsibility.

  • You possess an exceptional phone manner and the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • You have a proven track record in time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Background in Professional Services, Real Estate, or Logistics is highly regarded.
  • A good understanding of Sunshine Coast geography is beneficial for optimising team schedules.
  • This is an office-based role, requiring full-time availability on-site.
